General Manager
Greg was only a young child when he started in the refrigeration industry, back in 1976. As our General Manager, Greg is constantly learning and evolving with the industry. Greg has completed extensive training on a variety of refrigeration models such as Thermo King, Carrier, and Zanotti. His background in the transport field has honed him into an attentive manager, and master level refrigeration technician. Under Greg’s careful eyes overseeing our operation, we have developed a system here at CJ&J that focuses on prevention, rapid response time, and the highest level of customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our maintenance program, in conjunction with Greg’s high attention to detail and commitment is the keystone to our operation. Service Manager
Over 20 years in the refrigeration industry, Scott is one of our most valuable assets to CJ&J. As our service manager, Scott’s humble approach to managing his 24/7 service team is one of our company’s leading features to success. His education with Thermo King, Carrier, Zanotti. knowledge, and experience with refrigeration, friendly customer service, and ability to train new employees, ensures customer satisfaction. Danielle Romanik
Office Manager
Danielle has been our Office Manager for over 10 years here at CJ & J. From the first point of contact, billing, customer support, and after hours support for service, Danielle is here to assist you with your rental, lease, or purchase. Her focus on our customers, and close attention to detail with our whole team, really has molded and shaped this business into what it is today. Danielle’s dedication to our customers, employees, and the business as a whole truly sets us apart from the rest. “When I am speaking to a New Customer, it is my goal to first understand my their needs and expectations. Our little ray of sunshine!  Nikki is our office assistant and the first point of contact for our Customer’s.  Nikki’s main priority is providing an unparalleled Customer Service experience for all.  Since coming onto the team she has proven to be the most valuable asset to our daily functions and goes above and beyond to assist in daily business operations.  Coming into the fold, Nikki was not afraid to get her hands dirty.  On sunny afternoons you can find her out back painting trailers and answering phone calls.  Whatever task you give her, rest assured she will find a solution and get the job done.  What sets her apart is she truly is always eager to learn something new. Blais Aldridge
Trailer Service Manager
Our mechanics are an integral part of our company’s daily operations. Without Blais and his team, our fleet would not be what it is today.  Having an extensive background in mechanics, as well as heavy duty machinery, and refrigeration, Blais is knowledgeable and trained on a variety of equipment. He has an unbelievable work ethic and pays high attention to detail. He has a lot to bring to the table. Not only is he a top notch mechanic, he also has years of welding experience. He can, and will improvise in any given situation, to ensure any  job he is working on is finished, and up to the customer’s satisfaction. His specialties include fabrication, modification, and technical repairs. His knowledge of refrigeration, his friendly face, and his vast experience in many fields, makes Blais the ultimate leader, teacher, and shop foreman. Chris, “Big Mac”, formerly known as “Bing Bing” has been a driver for CJ&J for almost 10 years. His loyalty, impeccable customer service, knowledge of the roads, honest & genuine demeanor has helped this company build its revenue, and expand its customer base, has truly been one of CJ&J’s biggest assets. Road/Yard Reefer Technician
Chris, aka “Bugsy”, has been a loyal member of Greg and Scott’s team since 2008. There is no job he can’t complete. Electrics, diesels, and any type of unit with an issue, he’s got it covered. His certification in Zanotti will back his skill set, and show that he is capable of completing any job to perfection. Having him on our team, ensures our fleet is top notch at all times. Randy Dube
Road Trailer Technician
Randy, aka “Dube”, has loyally been with us since before, and after his time served in the military. He started with us as just a youngin’. He has grown and matured, along with his skill set. Randy has been loyally with our company for over 6 years. His skills in mechanics, AND some basic Reefer knowledge, helped him to gain his own service truck, and promoted as our Road Trailer Tech. Mike MacDonald
Trailer Technician
Mike, aka “Mikey Mac”, is one of our newest additions to the team. He started as a painter for our fleet, and was quickly promoted as a trailer technician. His constant seek of knowledge, and willingness to learn is what got him offered a position so quickly on our team. He has a long past with construction, so his skills with cutting, and a saw have been a great asset to the shop. Side by side with Blais, he gains knowledge, and new skills daily. Between the two of them, there is no challenge they can’t conquer. Side by side with Blais, he is learning some of the most difficult, and valuable trades for anyone to learn and master. Mike is our newest addition to our trailer crew.  Under Blais’ close supervision, he is learning what it takes to keep these trailers up to safety and customer standards.
